This New Year, we are invited to step forward with purpose, not merely by setting resolutions or hoping for change, but by embracing the life Jesus has set before us. 

Like Paul, we’re called to let go of the past—our regrets and even our past successes—and strain toward the future with a focused, determined spirit. 

This “pressing on” isn’t passive or aimless; it’s a commitment to pursue Christ’s unique purpose for each of us. 

And it’s about more than just self-improvement; it’s a spiritual journey to take hold of the very reason Jesus took hold of us.
