Path to Penitence

So far, we have covered the Promise, the Process, Perfection, and the Procession. From God's dealings with Joseph and Joseph's responses, we've learned so much about the Christian walk.  

Today, we are going to talk about the next “P," which is Penitence. Penitence is interchangeable with “repentance," and it has two elements: Sorrow over your own sin and a change of direction.

We are exploring the nature of Penitence as it is illustrated in the relationship dynamic between Joseph and his brothers, as he is reunited with them for the first time since they betrayed and abandoned him into slavery and suffering.
